Restore pros and my project Manager Mike did an outstanding job after a water related damage incident. They got my estimate and insurance all done really quick and started work within the week and finished in about 4 days. They re did the entire flooring in my downstairs and got my office, bedroom and bathroom downstairs back in working order very quickly. I strongly recommend that if you have an incident, call them first, they work quickly and keep you informed through the entire process. Mike even walked the final inspection with me, and said if anything comes up with the work done they will come back and fix it. They are a solid company and stand by the work and services.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but there was simply no way I could let more time pass without recognizing the incredible team at Restore Pro. After our kitchen fire, Dominique, Jon, and Amauri exceeded every expectation. They were professional, honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always responsive. Their customer service was truly top-tier, and they treated our home and belongings with exceptional care and respect. Despite the enormous cleanup and reconstruction, not a single piece of our personal property went missing. That level of integrity is priceless. If you’re looking for a company you can trust during one of life’s most difficult moments, Restore Pro is simply the best. Thank you for turning a devastating experience into one filled with confidence, hope, and outstanding service.

RestorePro Reconstruction was fantastic to work with! I communicated directly with Mike Britt, who was very kind, professional, and accommodating. I was scheduled quickly, and the job was completed efficiently. They did an excellent job repairing the wall in my garage that was damaged by a leak. Highly recommend!

Mike Britt, from the very first Conversation on the telephone Mr. Britt was very professional, and knowledgeable about the processes. All that he said would be done was done, he even prepared us for possible consequences that could happen, but there was none. My wife was please with the finished product & work. Men cleaned up after them selves. Mike Britt and his contractors should be 10 stars .

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt on the restoration of my home after a toilet overflow caused damage upstairs and downstairs. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns. My home project was assigned to a different manager who all of a sudden did not return. After 2.5 weeks I called Restore Pro and they referred me back to Mike Britt. Mike was very apologetic and quickly came back to my home to find out the status. He had his crew on the job post haste and made sure all aspects of the project was to my liking. Mike was able to remount my television even after the previous manager’s crew forgot to leave the area of the wall open for remounting. I’ve found that restoration takes a lot of patience and time. However, whenever I texted with a question, Mike, would always answer in a timely manner. Restore Pro, Mike Britt is definitely an asset to your company and I appreciate his professionalism, patience and all around wonderful character!! Thanks Restore Pro Fayetteville!! Marva B Rich
